The least expected person you would believe to understand actually knows exactly what you are going through. Movie stars, popular singers and celebrities in general are starting to make an impact in starting a conversation about mental illness. Singer Demi Lovato, is a living story of hope and recovery from mental health problems.
Actress and Singer Cher Lloyd, is another of the many celebrities standing up to talking about mental illness as she suffered from Multiple Personality Disorder.

BUT not only does the spotlight shine on celebrities and actors who expose mental health issues, but also those people who are no longer afraid to speak out.
Blogs, Facebook pages and advice/support Youtube channels created by ordinary people you see on the street are making a great impact for teens who go online for answers and hope. Shane Koyczan created this video based off his poem "To This Day", giving hope to many viewers on beauty in all human beings no matter what is going on within or what others try to call you.
He also created a website providing help for all who suffered internal bruises from bulling, including those that are now diagnosed as mental health illnesses.
